Portraiture
Several session types are offered depending on what your portrait needs are. All
sessions include a pre-session consultation, 1-3 hours of time and talent of the
photographer, hand retouching, and 75-100 images included in an online, password
protected gallery. Please note that prints are not included in the session fee. Please

Basic Portrait Session A (within Charleston County)
Includes up to 4 people, each additional person is $25. Berkely and Dorchester
Counties please add $30 travel fee.
Basic Portrait Session B (within Charleston County)
Includes up to 4 people, each additional person is $25. Also includes a High-
Resolution disc with images from your session. Berkely and Dorchester
Counties please add $30 travel fee.
Referral Program:
Clients who refer a friend or family to A Spot in Time Photography will receive a
$50 print credit upon completion and order from the referred client.
A Year in the Life
This package allows us to work together 3-6 times in your child's first year to truly
capture the amazing changes that take place. How wonderful to document their
individuality and celebrate the changes a year can bring! You will have a choice of
framed prints, collages or albums of these photographs for years to come.
An example of a year of scheduled sessions would include maternity (recommended
at 32-35 weeks), then with baby 1-2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and
12 months. Packages are customized for each family's needs.
All packages include:
1-3 hour portrait session for up to 4 people (please add $25 per extra individual)
and a high resolution archival DVD of 75-100 images (you own the rights of photos
for personal use only)

Youth Sports Photography Session
This is a one-hour session in which I will attend a game, recital or any other activity you would want
documented and focus exclusively on your son or daughter. I will capture compelling images that reflect
energy, enthusiasm, and individuality.
Announcement Sessions
This is a great gift idea for baby showers! This session includes a pre-session
consultation, a 30-minute mini-session with new baby, hand retouching, and
25 images included in an online, password protected gallery.
Commissioned Art Pieces
This is your opportunity to give a gift with meaning and love. This package includes a
phone consultation to discuss the location and story behind the piece and a handful of
mediums on which to print the final piece. I really love projects like this when I can
help create thoughtful and sincere pieces from your special memories. Pricing is
determined by the number of images desired and the final printed medium. Please call
to discuss your options.
Portrait Parties and Birthday Parties
Portrait parties are fun! This is an event held in your home, at your favorite park,
downtown or the beach and includes 5-10 of your friends and family. There is
NO SESSION FEE! As the hostess you will receive a complimentary portrait package
and earn a discount on portraits of your own, based on your guests’ order totals. These
sessions create great images in a fun and relaxed atmosphere for you and the children. The
children tend to be more relaxed and less aware of me...which lends itslef to more
natural and whimsical images. I am also available for birthday parties. You put a lot
of effort into your little ones special day and I can help capture the excitement of it all. You
will be provided with special package that allows for prints for you and your guests and a small
look book full of images from your special day!
